My friend wanted the smoothie recipe so here it is. She also asked for the homemade chicken garlic pizza recipe and I will post that soon!!!
Raspberry Smoothie
1 c. frozen raspberries (I use a HEAPING cup)
1/3 c. low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. apple juice
1 banana
Mix it all in a blender.....makes about 16 oz. We usually double it and add 1 c. crushed ice (1/2 c. for single batch) to make it a little thicker and colder.
