Aerobics

As I was sitting in Relief Society on Sunday reading their weekly newsletter, I noticed that they have a activity called "Fun and Free Aerobics" in the morning, three days a week at one of the nearby church buildings. Well, I have been thinking lately how I need to get fit and more healthy so I thought that I would try aerobics yesterday morning. School didn't start for Joseph until today so he was home to watch the girls. I left for aerobics and was a few minutes late. They had already started when I got there so I jumped right in, next to a lady from our ward (the stake relief society president) who has a son that I have gone to school with since elementary school. Behind me was a pregnant lady and a woman in her sixties. I was really excited about doing aerobics until I got about 10 minutes into it and realized how out of shape I am.......aerobics KICKED MY BUTT! I couldn't even finish the entire aerobics. It was pathetic. However, I am not going to give up and I will conquer aerobics!!! Good thing there are no pictures for blackmail of my pathetic aerobics effort.

Ashley,
Glad to see your blog! We have one up too- you can get it from Rachel's list - noted as Mom and Dad.

I am so out of shape that just doing stairs is a struggle sometimes. I am totally winded whn I get to the top! Keep doing those aerobics! That's what kept me in shape after having all my babies. Too bad i didn't keep it up now that they are grown. Your girls are beautiful. Paige and Jenna ought to get together with their dinglehoppers. The pictures were so similar.
Love, Aunt Annette

I'll jump on the bandwagon here too. This is Stephanie, yet another cousin. It's so fun to see how many other bloggers are working on getting in shape. My sisters and I work out together a few times a week, and even though it makes me realize how out-of-shape I am, it's fun to do something about it! Our blog is thebaskers.blogspot.com, if you want to stop by. We only just started yesterday, and I'm already hooked.
